护理管理在基层医院门诊中控制感染的情况分析

Analysis of Infection Control by Nursing Management in Outpatient Clinic of Primary Hospital

目的:主要探讨护理管理对门诊中的控制感染情况。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月于龙里县谷龙医院门诊就诊患者120例,采用随机分组的方式,分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理管理,观察组采用强化护理管理。比较两组患者感染发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0213);对照组患者护理满意度低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0157)。结论:通过在基层医院门诊进行强化护理管理,可以有效地控制感染,减少出现感染的概率,提高患者对医院的满意度,有效地保障患者的身体健康,具有组合效益,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing management on infection control in outpatient clinic.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients treated in the outpatients of Longli County Gulong Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received intensive nursing management.The incidence of infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0213).The nursing satisfaction of patients in control group was lower than that in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0157).Conclusion:Through intensive nursing management in the outpatient department of primary hospitals,infection can be effectively controlled,the probability of infection can be reduced,the satisfaction of patients to the hospital can be improved,and the health of patients can be effectively guaranteed.It has combination benefits and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
