摘要
针对石油污染土壤生物修复效率低,污水处理厂剩余活性污泥资源化利用途径不畅通的问题,开展污泥生物炭固定化微生物修复石油污染土壤研究。取污水处理厂剩余活性污泥经堆肥处理后的堆肥污泥,经400℃热解制备污泥生物炭,将其与石油降解菌群CH采用吸附法制备污泥生物炭固定化微生物,用于石油污染土壤的修复。结果表明:污泥生物炭具有良好的孔结构和营养特性,对菌群CH的固定率由堆肥污泥处理的23.21%提高到44.29%;经过90 d的修复实验,污泥生物炭固定化微生物组对总石油烃降解率达到58.80%,比添加污泥生物炭和添加污泥生物炭+游离降解菌组2种方法分别提高了13.66和33.73百分点,说明污泥生物炭固定化微生物用于修复石油污染土壤具有显著的效果。
In view of the inefficient bioremediation of petroleum contaminated soil and the restricted resource utilization of residual activated sludge from sewage treatment plants,the research on bioremediation of petroleum contaminated soil by immobilized microorganisms with sludge biochar was carried out.The composted sludge obtained upon composting treatment of the residual activated sludge from a sewage treatment plant was pyrolyzed at the temperature of 400℃to prepare sludge biochar,and then the sludge biochar obtained was combined with the petroleum degraded bacterial consortium CH to prepare sludge biochar immobilized microorganisms by adsorption method for the remediation of petroleum contaminated soil.The results show that sludge biochar has good pore structure and nutritional characteristics,and the immobilization rate of the bacterial consortium CH is increased from 23.21%(treated by composted sludge)to 44.29%(treated by sludge biochar);after a 90 d remediation experiment,the degradation rate of total petroleum hydrocarbons by sludge biochar immobilized microbiome can reach up to 58.80%,which is 13.66 and 33.73 persentage point higher than that achieved by adding sludge biochar and sludge biochar+free degradation microbiome,respectively,indicating that sludge biochar immobilized microorganisms have a significant effect on the remediation of petroleum contaminated soil.
