摘要
塑料的研究和应用,需要对其相关性能进行有效的表征,通过试验得到的数据,可对其设计和应用作出相应的指导。随着工程塑料领域如航空航天、电子电气、汽车和轨道交通等技术的不断创新和应用的扩展,对材料的各方面性能提出了更严格的要求。塑料材料的生产商和下游用户,必须正确测量其力学性能,特别是拉伸性能才能对材料的质量有所保证。比对了ISO 527-1:2019和ASTM D638-2022关于塑料拉伸性能测定方面的差异,通过对此两项标准相关细节的差异比较,探讨了标准的适用范围、试验设备、试样和拉伸性能指标的相关要求,并给出了标准使用的建议,为相关用户更好地使用标准提供指导。
The research and application of plastics required effective characterization of their related properties,and the data obtained through experiments could provide corresponding guidance for their design and application.With the continuous innovation and application expansion of engineering plastics fields,such as aerospace,electronics,automobiles and rail transit,more stringent requirements were put forward for the performance of materials in all aspects.Manufacturers and downstream users of plastic materials must correctly measure their mechanical properties,especially tensile properties,in order to guarantee the quality of the material.This article compares the differences between ISO 527-1:2019 and ASTM D638-2022 on the determination of plastic tensile properties.Through the comparison of the relevant details of these two standards,the scope of application of the standard,test equipment,samples and relevant requirements for tensile performance indicators are discussed,and suggestions for the use of standards are given to provide guidance for relevant users.
