摘要
使用硬脂酸修饰常用成核剂TMP-6的主成分2,2′-甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸羟基铝(APAl-OH)制备了二[2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯]硬脂酰氧基铝盐(APAl-18C)成核剂,并将其与PP共混制备复合材料。研究了复合材料的结晶熔融行为及力学、光学、耐热性能。结果表明,硬脂酰氧基成功取代至APAl-OH分子链上。硬脂酰氧基的引入改变了APAl-OH的极性,使其可以在PP中均匀分散,从而获得高效的成核能力。添加0.3%的APAl-18C可将PP的雾度从36.03%降至20.31%,说明APAl-18C的加入具有较强细化球晶,完善晶体作用。另外,由于亲油性官能团的引入,使APAl-18C与基体之间作用力更强,PP/APAl-18C的拉伸强度、弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度分别提高了5.31%、10.90%和26.43%,这说明APAl-18C是在刚性和韧性方面具有出色平衡性的一种成核剂。
The main component of the commonly used nucleating agent TMP-6,2,2′-methylbis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)hydroxy aluminum phosphate(APAl-OH)was modified with stearic acid to prepare bis[2,2′-methylene bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate]stearyloxy aluminum salt(APAl-18C)as a PP nucleating agent and blended with PP to prepare composite.The crystallization and melting behavior,mechanical,optical and thermal properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the stearoyloxy group is successfully substituted on the molecular chain of the APAl-OH which could change the polarity of the APAl-OH and make it uniformly dispersed in PP,thus obtaining high efficiency nucleation ability.Adding 0.3%APAl-18C can reduce the haze of the PP from 36.03%to 20.31%which indicating that the addition of APAl-18C has a strong role in refining spherulites and improving crystals of the PP.In addition,due to the introduction of lipophilic functional groups,the force between APAl-18C and the PP matrix is stronger,and the tensile strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of the PP/APAl-18C are increased by 5.31%,10.90%and 26.43%,respectively,which indicates that the APAl-18C is a nucleating agent with color balance in terms of rigidity and toughness.
