Problems and Counter Measures of National Defense Education in Colleges and Universities

高校国防教育是新时代建设和巩固国防,提升大学生国防意识和军事素养,增强大学生家国情怀的重要渠道。分析了高校国防教育中组织机构不够完善、师资力量薄弱、对国防实践教育的重视度不够、教学内容设计不够规范、军训形式主义严重等现存问题,并从国防教育组织领导制度、国防教育师资力量、国防教育课程资源建设等7方面进行了高校国防教育人才培养的路径探究。

National defense education in colleges and universities is an important channel to build and consolidate national defense in the new era,improve college students′national defense awareness and military accomplishment,and enhance their feelings of home and country.This paper analyzes the existing problems in national defense education in colleges and universities,such as imperfect organizational agencies,weak teaching staff,insufficient attention to national defense practice education,non-standard teaching content design,and serious formalism of military training,and probes into the path of national defense education personnel training in colleges and universities from seven aspects,including the organization and leadership system of national defense education,national defense education teachers,and national defense education curriculum resources construction.
