摘要
某乙烯裂解装置稀释蒸汽发生系统的再沸器泄漏问题频发,制约着装置的安稳长运行。文章通过对再沸器的腐蚀形貌、管束材质、工艺介质、腐蚀整体状况进行分析,确定泄漏原因是工艺水系统存在腐蚀性介质,而工艺防腐措施的操作不平稳,造成工艺水系统呈酸性或碱性腐蚀环境,在一定温度、压力和流速下,与汽蚀作用叠加,导致再沸器管束局部产生严重的腐蚀泄漏。文章结合实际情况给出了防泄漏建议。
The reboiler of the dilution steam generation system in an ethylene plant has frequent leakage problems,which restricts the stable and long-term operation of the plant.By analyzing the corrosion morphology of the reboiler,the tube bundle material,the process medium and the overall condition of corrosion,this paper determines that the presence of corrosive medium in the process water system is the cause of the leakage.And the operation of the process anti-corrosion measures is not smooth,which causes the process water system to be an acidic or alkaline corrosive environment.And under certain temperature,pressure and flow rate,plus a superposition of cavitation effect,this results in serious local corrosion leakage in the reboiler tube bundle.Combining with the actual situation,this paper provides some suggestions for leakage prevention.
