高校大学生农村就业观培育路径探究

Research on the Cultivation Path of College Students'Rural Employment Outlook

作为民生之本,就业不仅事关大学生生存发展,还关系到社会的稳定和谐。虽然目前大学生拥有较高的专业技能和文化素养,是经济建设的主力军,但在就业选择上大部分都以城市为优先,使得城乡人才配置呈现出明显的失衡:经济发达的大中型城市,人才饱和;经济欠发达的乡村地区,人才匮乏。所以,推进高校大学生合理流动,实现人才资源的优化配置,才可以有效解决当下毕业生就业难问题。而要使大学生对农村就业有所认同,并外化为实际行动,还需从就业观念培育入手,促使其将自身价值实现融入乡村振兴推进中。为此,文章分析了当前大学生的就业形势,在探讨大学生农村就业价值的基础上,从社会、家庭、高校和学生自身为落角点,提出了农村就业观的培育路径。

As the foundation of people's livelihood,employment is not only related to the survival and development of college students,but also related to social stability and harmony.Although college students currently possess high professional skills and cultural literacy,and are the main force of economic construction,most of them give priority to cities in their employment choices,resulting in a significant imbalance in the allocation of urban and rural talents:large and medium-sized cities with developed economies are saturated with talents;In economically underdeveloped rural areas,talent is scarce.Therefore,promoting the rational flow of college students and achieving the optimal allocation of talent resources can effectively solve the current employment difficulties of graduates.In order for college students to identify with rural employment and externalize it into practical actions,it is necessary to start with the cultivation of employment concepts and promote their own value realization into the promotion of rural revitalization.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current employment situation of college students,and on the basis of exploring the value of college students'rural employment,puts forward the cultivation path of rural employment concept from the perspective of society,family,universities,and students themselves.
