基于教育满意度调查的提升区域义务教育质量的策略研究

Research on Strategies for Improving the Quality of Regional Compulsory Education Based on an Investigation of Education Satisfaction

教育满意度是评价区域义务教育质量的重要指标,对其实证数据加以研究和应用能促进区域义务教育质量提升。以J市为例,对其所辖566所义务教育学校的学生家长开展实证调查发现:家长诉求中反映的教育质量提升短板有待补齐;家长的教育质量观念需要通过供给侧改革加以引导;教育生态需要通过完善教育评价体系来改进。打造家校社合育共同体、系统提升教育服务水平、科学构建高效的教育质量评价体系是提升区域义务教育质量的关键。

Education satisfaction is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of regional compulsory education,the research and application of its empirical data can promote the quality of regional compulsory education.Taking Jingmen City as an example,this study conducted an empirical investigation on the parents of students in 566 compulsory education schools under its jurisdiction and found that the weaknesses reflected in the parents’demands for improving education quality need to be overcome,parents’education quality concept needs to be guided by supply-side reform,the education ecology needs to be improved by improving the education evaluation system.Reflecting on the results of this survey,it is still key to build a home-school cooperative education community,improve the level of education services and construct an efficient education quality evaluation system as as to improve the quality of compulsory education in the region.
