高压低速永磁直驱皮带机多机协同控制技术研究

摘要 皮带机行业使用异步电机、减速机、液力耦合等传统的传动方式,导致传动链路长、传动效率低、维护成本高等问题。本文采用高压低速永磁变频直驱传动方式,最大地简化了系统传动链路,从根本上解决了传统皮带机传动链路长,传动效率低的弊端以及低速永磁直驱电机的双机协同控制及重载起动难题。 The belt conveyor industry uses asynchronous motor,reducer,hydraulic coupling and other traditional transmission methods,resulting in long transmission links,low transmission efficiency,high maintenance costs.In this paper,the high voltage and low speed permanent magnet frequency conversion direct drive drive mode was used to simplify the transmission link of the system,and fundamentally solve the disadvantages of long transmission link and low transmission efficiency of the traditional belt conveyor,as well as the problems of double machine cooperative control and heavy load starting of the low speed permanent magnet direct drive motor.
