On Classroom Interaction for the Course of Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law

《习近平法治思想概论》是2021年秋季国内高等院校法学类专业新开设的核心必修课程,为当下法学教育教学研究的热点与重点,在政治推力和课程属性的影响下,呈现出以教材惟一、讲授为主的课堂教学现状。当下,无论出于政治还是教学要求,加强课堂互动都十分必要。在互动过程中,学而思是课堂互动必不可少的隐性元素;问与答是课堂互动的显性方式。落实前者,需要加强引导式自学和批判性思考;落实后者,需要注重巧妙提问和直白回答。

As a new core compulsory course offered from 2021 autumn semester for law-related majors in colleges and universities in China,introduction to Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law has become into a hot and key issue for the present legal-related education and teaching research.Influenced by politics and course nature,classroom teaching is conducted only according to textbooks and lecturing-oriented.At present,it's necessary to enhance classroom interaction to meet political and teaching-learning needs.During the interaction process,learning and thinking are the implicit behaviors,and asking and answering should be the explicit ways.For the former,it's necessary to develop students’autonomous learning ability under teachers’guidance and critical thinking ability;and for the latter,skillful questions and direct answers are important.
