摘要
实现“知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造”三位一体的教学目标已经成为当前高校育人的共识。在高校教学尤其是法学教学中,实现课程内容的深入梳理、课程思政元素的深入挖掘以及二者的有机融合,是当前法学教学中面临的新挑战。密切结合当前的法学教育实践,细究法学专业课程思政建设中的困境,从教师能力培养及高校制度配套两个层面提出可行性建议,对于实现法学专业课程思政育人目标具有积极意义。
It has become a common understanding in talent cultivation in colleges and universities to realize the teaching objectives of“knowledge impartation,ability cultivation and value shaping”which forms a trinity.At present,teaching for law major faces new challenges:how to sort course contents deeply,explore ideological-political education elements deeply and integrate the two organically.Closely combined with the current practice of law education,and examining the dilemma in the construction of ideological-political education integrated in courses for law major,this study puts forward feasible suggestions from the aspects of teacher ability cultivation and university system support,which are of positive significance to achieve the talent cultivation objective for law major.
