Reviewing the Adjustment of Japan’s National Security Strategy

In December 2022,the government of Japan’s Prime Minister,Fumio Kishida,adopted the National Security Strategy(NSS),the National Defense Strategy(NDS),and the Defense Buildup Program.The documents are collectively referred to as the“three security documents,”and their formulation is based on Japan’s national interests and security requirements.
