摘要
分析了双循环(DC)厌氧反应器应用于印染高浓度废水处理的两个工程案例,分别为寿光市国泰宽幅布业有限公司2000 m^(3)/d废水处理系统技改项目和潍坊宏丰新材料有限公司6000 m^(3)/d印染高浓废水处理工程项目。在DC厌氧反应器调试阶段可投加絮状污泥启动,整个系统启动快,调试费用低,处理效果稳定。系统运行数据表明,在高浓度难降解印染废水处理中,DC厌氧反应器的COD去除率可达到50%~72%,处理效率较高,出水水质比较稳定,有利于后续好氧生物处理单元的良好稳定运行,对保证系统出水达标排放起到关键作用。同时,DC厌氧反应器可以显著降低系统的预处理加药量,降低污泥产量,节约运行成本。
Two engineering cases of the application of double circulation(DC)anaerobic reactor in the treatment of high concentration dyeing wastewater were analyzed,including the 2000 m3/d technical renovation project of waste⁃water treatment system of Shouguang Guotai Broad Fabric Co.,Ltd.,and the 6000 m3/d high concentration wastewa⁃ter treatment project of Weifang Hongfeng New Materials Co.,Ltd..During the commissioning stage of the DC an⁃aerobic reactor,flocculent sludge could be added for start-up.The entire system started quickly,had low debugging costs,and stable processing results.The system operation data showed that the COD removal rate of the DC anaero⁃bic reactor could reach 50%-72%,and the treatment efficiency was high,and the effluent quality was relatively stable.DC anaerobic reactor was conducive to the good and stable operation of the subsequent aerobic biological treatment unit,and played a key role in ensuring the standard discharge of the system effluent.At the same time,DC anaerobic reactor could significantly reduce the pre-treatment dosage of the system,reduce sludge production,and save operating costs.
