探究《黄帝内经》中“藏”的思想

“藏”的思想在《黄帝内经》整体内容中一以贯之,在养生防病方面,强调要做到精神收摄、饮食有节、起居有常、不妄作劳;在病因病机方面,提出“喜怒忧思不收”“食饮不节”“起居无常”“寒暑不避”等多种形式的失藏为疾病发生的重要原因;在疾病诊断方面,提出真脏脉、真脏色现而不藏均为急危重症之候;在疾病治疗方面,要求首先要注意精神血气之康复保藏,谨慎用针用药,中病即止,防止过度医疗,注意避病邪之锋芒等。从多方面细细品味,可知“藏”思想是《黄帝内经》的主要理念之一,“藏”的思想对中医临床实践具有重要指导意义。

The concept of‘cang’(藏)is consistently emphasized throughout the content of the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.In terms of health preservation and disease prevention,it emphasizes the need for mental cultivation,moderate diet,regular daily routine,and avoiding excessive physical exertion.Regarding the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases,it highlights multiple forms of‘failure to cang’such as excessive emotions,improper diet,irregular daily routine,and inadequate protection from harsh climate as important causes for the occurrence of diseases.In terms of disease diagnosis,presenting true pulse and true color of organs without concealment are all signs of critical and life-threatening conditions.In disease treatment,it is required to first pay attention to the rehabilitation and preservation of spirit,qi and blood,be cautious in the use of acupuncture and medicine,stop treatment when the disease is cured,prevent excessive medical treatment,and pay attention to avoiding disease-causing factors.From various angles,it can be seen that the concept of‘cang’is one of the main ideas in the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,and its ideas have important guiding significance for clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine.
