“因-证-病”视野下疫与伤寒临证辨治异同探微

Exploration of the differences and similarities of epidemics and typhoid on the comprehensive clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment from the perspective of‘cause-syndrome-disease’

疫与伤寒是中医学疾病史上的两个重要命题,二者互相渗透,相互融合。文章基于“因-证-病”视野下探寻疫与伤寒的疾病原型在形成与发生发展上的脉络轨迹,审因之异同明邪传规律,辨证之异同论病机由出,察病之异同立治法治则,进而掌握疾病辨识规律,发掘疾病证治特点,将其融入到中医药的“疫病防治”策略中,拓宽中医药治疫、防疫思维的临床应用。

The epidemics and typhoid are two important propositions in the history of Chinese medicine,both of which are penetrated and integrated with each other.Based on the‘cause-syndrome-disease’field of view,the disease prototype of the epidemics and the typhoid fever in the formation and development of the context,review the difference in the cause,to clarify the law of evil transmission,identify the difference between the syndrome to confirm the cause of the path,explore the difference in diseases to establish a rule of treatment,further grasping the law of disease,exploring the characteristics of the disease,integrating it into the‘epidemic treatment’strategy of Chinese medicine,broadcasted the clinical application of Chinese medicine to epidemic prevention thinking.
