《黄帝内经》“惊”“恐”致病规律与应用探讨

Discussion on the pathogenic law and application of‘terror’and‘fear’in Huangdi Neijing

惊和恐属于七情中负面的情志活动,两者既密切相关,又存在着一定差异,作为内伤性致病因素,不仅影响脏腑气血运行,而且进一步影响精神活动,引起精神情志疾病。文章通过整理《黄帝内经》中与“惊”“恐”相关内容,梳理惊与心、肝、胆、经脉,恐与肾、心、肝等脏腑间关系;分析总结惊、恐所致心悸、奔豚、狂证等证的病因病机和主要症状;并从调畅气机、调和脏腑、心理疗法等方面探讨惊、恐所致情志疾病的治疗,以期为现代心身疾病提供新的治疗思路和指导。

Terror and fear belong to negative emotional activities of seven emotions,which are closely related and have certain differences.As internal pathogenic factors,they not only affect the movement of Zang-fu viscera,qi,blood but also further affect mental activities and cause mental and emotional disorders.Through sorting out the articles related to‘terror’and‘fear’in Huangdi Neijing,sort out the relationship between terror with heart,liver,gallbladder,meridians,and between fear with kidney,heart,liver;analyses the etiology and main symptoms of palpitation,Bentun and Kuang causes by terror and fear;also discusses the treatment of emotional diseases caused by terror and fear in terms of regulating qi movement,regulating the imbalance of Zang-fu viscera and psychotherapy,so as to provide new treatment ideas and guidance for modern psychosomatic diseases.
