摘要
艾滋病相关皮肤瘙痒是一种难治的慢性皮肤病,李发枝教授认为本病的病因病机为本虚标实,无症状期以正气亏虚为主,艾滋病期以邪气壅盛为主。李发枝教授将艾滋病相关皮肤瘙痒分为两个证型论治,即荆防败毒散加减用于治疗血虚受风,肌肤失养证;黄连解毒汤加味用于治疗热毒内盛,浸淫肌肤证。
Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)-related skin pruritus is a chronic skin disease that is difficult to treat.Professor LI Fa-zhi believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease was deficiency of the original and deficiency of the solid.The asymptomatic stage was dominated by deficiency of the healthy qi,and the AIDS stage was dominated by obstructing the evil qi.Professor LI Fa-zhi divided AIDS-related pruritus into two syndromes:Jingfang Baidu Powder is used to treat the syndrome of blood deficiency by wind and skin loss of nourishing;Huanglian Jiedu Decoction added flavor is used to treat the syndrome of heating poison inside,invasion skin.
