基于三焦理论的痤疮针灸治疗思路

文章分析了痤疮的发生与三焦的关系,三焦功能失常则气机不畅,瘀血内生;气化失司,胃不受纳,脾不运化,肺失宣降,水谷精微不能正常输布,津液代谢障碍,湿、痰、瘀、食积等郁结体内,五脏不和,六腑壅滞,经脉不通,邪气化火酿毒,上蒸头面胸背肌腠而发为痤疮。以毫针、放血、火针及艾灸等为治疗手段,通过清肺泄热解毒、破瘀化痰通络以治疗上焦,通过畅达中焦、通腑泄浊以治疗中焦,通过温阳透发,引邪外达以治疗下焦。三焦气机畅通,病邪分道而消,痤疮则愈。

This paper analyzes the relationship between acne and sanjiao,when the function of sanjiao is abnormal,qi depression and blood stasis endogenous will happen.Gasification loss,stomach is not tolerant,spleen is not transported,lung function is disorder,nutrient can not be normally transported,body fluid is dysmetabolism,dampness,phlegm,blood stasis,food accumulation stasis in the body,the wuzang organs are discorded,the liufu organs are obstructed,meridians are blocked,evils turn fire into poison,steaming the head,chest and back muscles for acne.By treatment,such as filiform needle,bloodletting,fire needle and moxibustion,shangjiao is treated by clearing away lung heat and detoxifying,breaking blood stasis and removing phlegm and dredging the channels;zhongjiao is treated by clearing the fu-organs and expelling the turbid;xiajiao is treated by warming the yang and guiding the evil to reach the outside.The sanjiao is unblocked,the evils are separated and eliminated,and acne is healed.
