基于中医整体观念的骶髂关节错位临床疗效评价探索

Exploration on the clinical efficacy evaluation of sacroiliac joint dislocation based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine

中医整体观念作为中医学理论体系最重要的特点之一,贯穿于中医学的生理、病理、诊断治疗、防病和养生之中。作为疾病诊疗的一部分,传统的疗效评价多为针对疾病局部症状、体征和影像学的改变,未能体现中医整体观念。如何将中医整体观念贯穿应用到疾病的疗效评价中值得探索。文章以骶髂关节错位为例,系统整理了骶髂关节错位的疗效评价现状,提出了目前体系下疗效评价存在的问题,然后针对存在问题提出基于中医整体观念的骶髂关节错位疗效评价新思路,寻求为中医的客观规范化、现代标准化乃至国际交流化做出些许贡献,推动中医疗效评价体系的变革。

As one of the most important characteristics of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the holistic concept of TCM runs through physiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment,disease prevention and health preservation of TCM.As a part of the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,traditional efficacy evaluation,mostly focuses on the changes of local symptoms,signs and imaging,failing to reflect the overall concept of TCM.It is worth exploring how to apply the holistic concept of TCM to the evaluation of the curative effect of diseases.Taking sacroiliac joint dislocation disease as an example,this paper systematically sorted out the current status of curative effect evaluation of sacroiliac joint dislocation,puts forward the problems existing in current system of curative effect evaluation,and then in view of the problems is proposed based on the holistic concept of TCM curative effect evaluation of new ideas of sacroiliac joint malposition,seeking for objective standardization and standardization of modern Chinese medicine,and even make some contributions to the international exchange,to promote Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system changes.
