慢性前列腺炎中医辨证存在问题与对策

Problems and strategies of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in chronic prostatitis

通过对比分析《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、中医院校规划教材《中医外科学》《中西医结合外科学》等,以及学术界近20年对慢性前列腺炎的中医辨证,确认在各辨证标准之间、学术界之间以及辨证标准与学术界之间慢性前列腺炎中医辨证均存在诸多问题,辨证构成复杂多样,标准不统一,同证异名、同症异名现象普遍,症状交叉重叠严重。文章综合分析存在的诸多问题,倡导开展辨证规范化研究,并给出解决这些问题的思路与方法。

By comparing and analyzing Guideline for the Clinical Research on New TCM Drugs(Trail),Diagnostic and Efficacy Standards for TCM Syndrome,the planned teaching materials of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Surgery of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of chronic prostatitis in academia in recent 20 years,it is found that there are differences between various syndrome differentiation standards.There are many problems in TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic prostatitis between academic circles and between syndrome differentiation standards and academic circles.The composition of syndrome differentiation is complex and diverse,the standards are inconsistent,the phenomenon of same syndrome with different name and overlapping of symptoms is common.This paper comprehensively analyzes many existing problems,advocates the research of syndrome differentiation standardization,and gives the ideas and methods of solving these problems.
