活血通督汤修复脊髓损伤的机制研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of Huoxue Tongdu Decoction in repairing spinal cord injury

中医药在脊髓损伤(SCI)中的运用可追溯到《黄帝内经》,且运用中医药防治SCI有其独特的优势。张安桢教授倡导将活血通督法作为SCI的治疗大法,该法代表方活血通督汤长期运用于治疗SCI等骨科病证,在临床与机制研究等方面成果颇丰。文章总结本研究团队近十余年有关活血通督法在SCI修复方面的研究,旨在为活血通督汤的临床应用及今后相关领域的研究提供科学思路。

The application of traditional Chinese medicine in spinal cord injury(SCI)can be traced back to the Inner Canon of Huangdi.The use of traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating SCI.Professor ZHANG An-zhen,advocated the Huoxue Tongdu Method as a major method for the treatment of SCI,and has achieved fruitful results in clinical syndrome and mechanism research.This article summarizes the research of professor ZHANG’s research team on the repair of SCI by Huoxue Tongdu method for more than ten years,aiming to provide scientific ideas for the clinical application of Huoxue Tongdu Decoction and future research in related fields.
