中药凝胶贴膏的历史渊源与制备工艺研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of historical origin and preparation technology of traditional Chinese medicine gel plaster

摘要 凝胶贴膏是临床常用的外用药物,属经皮给药制剂,国内研究以消炎镇痛凝胶贴膏居多。本研究通过考证古今膏剂相关医学典籍及统计分析制备工艺相关研究文献,理清了凝胶贴膏古今发展的历史沿革,总结出其现代制备工艺的研究规律,结果表明古代膏药最早记载于《山海经》中的“羯羊脂”,实现了从传统黑膏药、狗皮膏药到混有现代工艺的橡胶膏剂,再到新型凝胶贴膏剂的历史演进过程;目前其现代制备工艺研究集中于基质辅料的筛选和工艺条件的确定与优化。近年来,中药凝胶贴膏尚处于发展初期,制剂研发壁垒高且创新性强,市场发展空间巨大。 Gel plaster is a commonly used topical drug in clinic,which is a transdermal drug delivery preparation,and most of the domestic studies are anti-inflammatory and analgesic gel ointment.Through textual research on ancient and modern medical books and statistical analysis of relevant research literature on preparation technology of gel plaster,this paper clarifies the historical evolution of the development of gel plaster and summarizes the research law of its modern preparation technology.The results showed that the ancient plaster was first recorded in the Shanhaijing of‘Capricorn Fat’,which realized the historical evolution process from traditional black plaster,dog bark plaster to rubber plaster mixed with modern technology,and then to new gel plaster.At present,the modern preparation technology of gel paste focuses on the screening of basic excipients and the determination and optimization of process conditions.Recently,traditional Chinese medicine gel plaster is still in the early stage of development,although the preparation research and development barriers is high,and the innovation is strong,the market development space is huge.
