象数思维视阈下五输穴主治原理探析

Analysis on the principle of five-shu points under the vision of image-number thinking

五输穴是临床常用要穴,为古今医家所重视。其核心理论源于《黄帝内经》及《难经》,但由于历史年代久远,加之文辞简约,义理不详,对后世学习和使用造成了极大困惑。基于象数思维的独特视角,通过整理分析近40年相关文献,对五输穴进行深入剖析后发现:五输穴的命名、五行属性及其主治均遵循象数思维理念;应用象数思维可有效阐释《黄帝内经》《难经》关于五输穴主治、作用原理的差异性;《黄帝内经》五输穴主治理论是基于取象思维,而《难经》五输穴主治理论则是基于运数思维,二者均具极高的临床应用价值。这一发现将为今后系统总结完善五输穴理论体系、拓展其应用范围奠定基础。

Five-shu points are common clinical points and are valued by ancient and modern doctors.Its core theory is derived from Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing.Due to its long history,simple words and unclear meanings,five-shu points have caused great confusion to later generations’learning and use.Based on the unique perspective of image-number thinking,through sorting and analyzing the relevant literature of nearly 40 years,the author found that the naming,attributes of five elements and indications of five-shu points all follow the image-number thinking concept.Using image-number thinking can effectively explain the difference in principle of indications and functions of five-shu points in Huangdi Neijing and Nannjing.The theory of indications for five-shu points in Huangdi Neijing is based on the thinking of taking images,while the theory of indications for five-shu points in Nanjing is based on the thinking of yunshu,both of which have high clinical application value.This discovery will lay a foundation for systematically summarizing and improving the theory system of five-shu points and expanding its application range in the future.
