叶天士师承王子接《绛雪园古方选注》探析

Analysis of YE Tian-shi’s learning from the thought WANG Zi-jie’s Jiangxueyuan Gufang Xuanzhu

清代王子接《绛雪园古方选注》注解历代各家名方加入个人临床经验化裁,对后世影响颇深。叶天士师承王子接,将王子接辛润通络法、泄肝安胃法、通补奇经法、卫气营血等理论进行发挥,在《临证指南医案》中多有体现,并创新络病理论、卫气营血辨治、“透热转气”之法、奇经辨证等。文章探析叶天士师承与创新发展王子接《绛雪园古方选注》的清晰络脉。

Jiangxueyuan Gufang Xuanzhu written by WANG Zi-jie in Qing dynasty noted each famous prescription in the past dynasties added individual clinical experience,which had a profound influence on later generations.YE Tian-shi inherited WANG Zi-jie and developed the theories of dredging collaterals with pungent-moistening,relieving liver and soothing stomach,invigorating and nourishing the extra-channels and four-aspect pattern identification in the A Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records.YE Tian-shi developed the theory of collateral disease,established the wei-qi-ying-blood syndrome differentiation,put forward the method of‘clearing heat of yingfen to qifen’and differentiation of extra-channels,etc.This paper explored the clear vein of YE Tian-shi’s inheritance and innovative development on Jiangxueyuan Gufang Xuanzhu by WANG Zi-jie.
