姜类药在《傅青主女科》中的应用

傅青主先生制方精当,用药平正,对于姜类药的使用见地深刻。文章总结并分析了《傅青主女科》中各种姜类药的应用特点,认为产后受邪宜用生姜,痰阻虚烦宜加姜汁,产后大热可选干姜,脾胃虚寒当用炮姜,血不归经应选黑姜,出血脱证可用姜炭。文章还探讨了傅青主对姜类药炮制方法的选择、用量的把握以及配伍的思路,如与补阴养血药同用防耗血滞血,与益气养阴药同用兼顾脾胃肾,与活血化瘀药同用入血不留瘀,以期拓宽姜类药的临床运用思路,为其治疗妇科疾病提供新的思考。

Mr.FU Qing-zhu’s prescription is exquisite and flexible with mild herbs.He had deep insight into the use of ginger drugs.This paper summarizes and analyzes the application characteristics of various ginger herbs in Fu Qing-zhu Nvke,and concludes that it is appropriate to use raw ginger for postpartum evil,to add ginger juice for phlegm obstruction and deficiency dysphoria,to choose dried ginger for postpartum fever,to use cannon ginger for spleen and stomach deficiency cold,to use black ginger for extravasation of blood,and to use ginger charcoal for blood exhaustion.This paper also discusses FU Qing-zhu’s selection of ginger concoction method,the dosage of grasp and the compatibility ideas,such as the use with yin and blood tonics to prevent blood depletion and stagnation,with qi and yin tonics to reinforce the spleen,stomach as well as kidney,and with blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine to enter the blood without leaving stasis.This paper aims to extend the therapeutic application use of ginger drugs,and create innovative gynecological disease management strategies.
