摘要
单发直升机空中起动飞行试验是风险很高且意义重大的试飞科目。结合某涡轴发动机的性能鉴定试飞,开展了单发直升机空中起动试飞技术研究。通过分析空中起动试飞的风险点,设计了一套包含前置科目在内的单发直升机空中起动试飞方案,并基于试飞数据,验证了该方案的合理性与有效性。同时以试飞员这一独特视角,总结了试飞中的经验和关注的重点,可为飞行试验从业人员和试飞员提供参考。
The air start flight test of single engine helicopter is a kind of test flight subject with high risk and great significance.In combination with the performance verification flight test of a turboshaft engine,the research of air start test flight technology of single engine helicopter is carried out.By analyzing the risk points of air start flight test,a set of schemes including pre-subject is designed,and the rationality and effectiveness of the scheme are verified based on the flight test data.At the same time,from the unique perspective of test pilots,the experience and focus of test flight are summarized,which can provide a reference for flight test practitioners and test pilots.
