摘要 试验旨在探究不同比例的杏鲍菇菌渣发酵全混合日粮(FTMR)对贵州黑山羊生长性能、养分表观消化率的影响。试验选取体重相近的贵州黑山羊28只,随机分为4组,每组7只羊,每只羊为1个重复。对照组黑山羊饲喂基础FTMR日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别饲喂30%、40%、50%杏鲍菇菌渣制成的FTMR。预试期5 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,杏鲍菇菌渣FTMR提高了日粮中粗蛋白、粗脂肪的含量,降低了中性洗涤纤维、干物质、粗灰分含量。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组黑山羊平均日干物质采食量和采食率增加,试验组黑山羊采食速度显著增加(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组黑山羊干物质、粗蛋白表观消化率显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。与对照组比,试验Ⅰ组黑山羊平均日增重提高7.85%,增重饲料成本下降9.73%,经济效益增加30.60元/只。研究表明,30%杏鲍菇菌渣FTMR品质优良、适口性好,能够提高贵州黑山羊的生长性能和养殖的经济效益。 The study was to explore effect of different proportions of Pleurotus eryngi residue fermented total mixed rations(FTMR)on growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of Guizhou black goats.28 Guizhou black goats with similar weigh were randomly divided into four groups with seven goats in each group and one goat in each replicate.The goats in control group were fed with basal FTMR diet and,and goats in group I,group II,group II were fed with FTMR adding 30%,40% and 50% of Pleurotus eryngi residue.The pre-experiment period was 5 d,and formal experiment was 60 d.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngi residue FTMR increased content of crude protein and crude fat in diet and reduced content of neutral detergent fiber,dry matter and crude ash.Compared with control group,daily average dry matter feed intake and feed intake rate of goats in group I and group II increased and feeding speed of experiment groups of black goats increased significantly(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein of goats in group I was significantly higher than that in group II(P<0.05).Compared with control group,average daily weight gain of black goats in group I increased by 7.85%,cost of weight gain feed decreased by 9.73% and average benefit increased by 30.60 yuan/piece.The results indicate that 30% Pleurotus eryngiresidue FTMR has excellent quality,good palatability,which improve growth performance and economic benefits of Guizhou black goats.
