一种仿真丝24头纺细旦涤纶复合丝的生产工艺

摘要 介绍了一种仿真丝24头纺细旦涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)/预取向丝(POY)复合丝的生产工艺,通过对熔体质量控制、纺丝工艺路线、网络压力等条件进行试验,探索得到最佳工艺条件。试验表明:当聚酯熔体黏度波动范围在0.002 dL/g以内,纺丝温度为290~292℃、风速为1.30 m/s、GR1速度为1120 m/min、GR1温度为90℃、冷盘速度为3970m/min、GR2速度为3980 m/min、合股网络压力为0.105 MPa、主网络压力为0.32 MPa时,采用一步法生产的仿真丝复合丝的强度为2.54 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为41.75%。该复合丝染色均匀,手感柔软、滑糯,具有真丝般风格,有良好的市场前景和经济价值。 The production process of a simulated silk 24 ends fine denier polyester full-drawn yarn(FDY)/pre-oriented yarn(POY)composite filaments was introduced.The optimum process conditions were obtained by testing melt quality control,spinning process route and network pressure.The test shows that when the viscosity of polyester melt fluctuates within 0.002 dL/g,the spinning temperature is 290~292℃,the wind speed is 1.30 m/s,the GR1speed is 1120 m/min,the GR1temperature is 90℃,the cold discs speed is 3970 m/min,the GR2speed is 3980 m/min,the joint network pressure is 0.105 MPa,the main network pressure is 0.32 MPa,the strength and elongation at break of the simulated silk composite filaments produced by one-step method are 2.54 cN/dtex and 41.75%.The composite filaments are dyed evenly,soft and smooth,with silk-like style,have good market prospects and economic value.
