环保水溶性海岛纤维的制备工艺

摘要 采用直接酯化法,在精对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)中加入改性组分共缩聚,合成了可在热水中溶解的环保水溶性聚酯(WSPET)切片,分析了切片的性能指标及熔体流变性,研究表明,WSPET切片的关键性能指标优异,熔体流变性较好,具有良好的可纺性。以WSPET切片为海组分、普通聚酯切片为岛组分进行复合纺丝制备海岛纤维,从干燥工艺、纺丝温度、复合比选择、冷却条件、卷绕工艺等方面对纺丝工艺进行了探讨,试验表明,采用低温长时间干燥工艺,稍低纺丝温度,70/30的复合比,温和的环吹冷却条件,制备的海岛纤维的各项性能指标优良,在热水中具备良好的开纤性。 By direct esterification method,the water-soluble polyester(WSPET)chips which could be dissolved in hot water were synthesized by the copolymerization of modified components with terephthalic acid(PTA)and ethylene glycol(EG).The performance indexes and melt rheology of the chips were analyzed.The results show that WSPET chips had excellent key performance indexes,good melt rheology,and good spinnability.The sea-island fibers were prepared by composite spinning with WSPET chips as sea component and common polyester chips as island component.The spinning processes were discussed from the aspects of drying process,spinning temperature,selection of recombination ratio,cooling condition and winding process.The experiment shows that the sea-island fibers prepared by using low temperature drying process for a long time,slightly lower spinning temperature,70/30 recombination ratio and mild ring blowing cooling condition have good performance indexes and good fiber forming property in hot water.
