废旧腈纶面料的溶解工艺及回收再利用

摘要 采用KSCN水溶液为溶剂对废旧腈纶进行溶解,通过单因素试验分析确定废旧腈纶面料的最佳溶解工艺为:KSCN质量分数65%,溶解温度75℃,溶解时间30 min,按这一工艺溶解废旧腈纶面料并将溶解液制成回收产物,使用X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪对制得的回收产物进行分析,发现其具有与原生腈纶一样的结构特征。 KSCN aqueous solution was used as the solvent to dissolve waste acrylic fiber.Through single factor test analysis,the best dissolution process of waste acrylic fiber fabric was determined as follows:the mass fraction of KSCN was 65%,the dissolution temperature was 75℃,and the dissolution time was 30min.According to this process,the waste acrylic fabric was dissolved and the dissolved solution was made into recycled products.X-ray diffractometer and infrared spectrometer were used to analyze the recycled products,and it was found that it had the same structural characteristics as the original acrylic fiber.
