Lyocell纤维生产过程水资源的闭环优化管理

摘要 国内Lyocell纤维普遍存在生产规模小、生产成本高的问题,各个单项消耗对标国际先进水平还有不小差距。就Lyocell纤维生产过程中“水足迹”进行盘查,对水资源进行闭环管理并优化,实现水资源的梯度使用,建立了新的水平衡系统。经过水资源的优化管理,吨产品综合水消耗可以降低70%以上,达到3 t。 The small production scale and the high production cost are generally existed problems in Lyocell fiber production in China,and there is still a big gap between each individual consumption and the international advanced level.The‘water footprint'in the production process of Lyocell fiber was examined,closed-loop management and optimization of water resources were carried out to realize the gradient use of water resources,and a new water balance system was established.After the optimal management of water resources,the comprehensive water consumption of a ton of products can be reduced by more than 70%,reaching 3 t.
