再生聚酯装置挤出机真空系统的工艺改进

摘要 介绍了再生聚酯装置挤出机真空系统工艺,分析了挤出机真空系统异常的原因,并进行相应的流程改造,优化完善了工艺。结果表明:增设螺旋缓冲罐及真空过滤器,将真空系统抽出的大颗粒进行沉淀,小颗粒进行二次过滤,减少了真空管道堵塞;将抽气口软管由内径40 mm(DN40)改为内径65 mm(DN65),横管和与罗茨真空泵连接的管线由DN40改为内径125 mm(DN125),增强了抽真空效果;放大螺杆尾部起压段螺纹套间距,解决了因螺杆抽气口返料造成真空系统堵塞问题;增加在线蒸汽吹扫管线工装,实现了装置在线清洗真空管道的目的,解决了挤出机真空异常的问题,保障了再生装置的持续稳定运行。 The extruder vacuum system technology of regenerative polyester plant was introduced,the abnormal reasons of extruder vacuum system were analyzed,and the corresponding process transformation to optimize and perfect the process was carried out.The results show that by adding spiral buffer tank and vacuum filter,the large particles extracted from the vacuum system can be precipitated,and the small particles can be filtered twice to reduce the vacuum pipeline clogging.The length of vacuum pipeline is adjusted.The suction port hose is changed from DN40 to DN65,and the cross pipe and the pipe connected with Roots vacuum pump pipe is changed from DN40 to DN125 to enhance the vacuum pumping effect.The problems of vacuum system blockage caused by the feed return of the screw suction port are solved by enlarging the spacing between thread sleeves of the pressure section at the end of the screw.On-line steam purging pipeline equipment is added to realize the purpose of on-line cleaning vacuum pipeline which solving the problem of extruder vacuum anomaly,and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the regeneration device.
