碳纤维复合材料在给排水管道修复补强中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 计算了给排水管修复补强用碳纤维复合材料的修复厚度与层数,并进行水压爆破试验,研究了不同缺陷深度下碳纤维复合材料对给排水管道的修复情况。试验结果表明,碳纤维复合材料中的环氧树脂具有优异的黏结性,碳纤维具有超强的刚性与强度,两者结合作用于给排水管,分散了高压下的应力,达到修复补强给排水管的效果。此外,对碳纤维复合材料使用层数的计算以及不同层数使用情况的分析可以说明在低于理论计算结果下,碳纤维复合材料依然有较好的修复效果,这为进行给排水管修复时对成本与性能的权衡提供了参考。 The thickness and the number of layers of carbon fiber composites used to repair and strengthen the water supply anddrainage pipe were calculated,and the water pressure bursting test was carried out.The repair situation of water supply and drainage pipeline with carbon fiber composites under different defect depth was studied.The test results show that the epoxy resin in the carbon fiber composites has excellent bonding property,and the carbon fibers have super rigidity and strength.The combination of the two acts on the water supply anddrainage pipe,disperses the stress under high pressure,and achieves the effect of repairing and reinforcing the water supply and drainage pipe.In addition,the calculation of the number of layersand the analysis of the use of different layers of the carbon fiber composites can indicate that the carbon fiber composites still has a better repair effect than the theoretical calculation results,which provides a reference for the balance between cost and performance in the repair of the water supply and drainage pipe.
