摘要
面对新能源消纳、电网服务以及用户供电保障多类服务目标需求,合理规划电池储能系统已经成为促进其深度应用的关键。文中提出一种结合评分系统的双层规划结构,拟解决多目标优化下电池储能系统优化配置问题。首先,建立计及发电机、新能源及电网运行特性的储能电池多目标、多复杂约束混合整数优化模型;然后,基于规划—运行的双层模式,优化计算出各目标函数值,通过引入评分系统形成多目标指标综合得分,进而指引迭代优化,完成电池储能规划;最后,以加入高比例新能源的IEEE33节点系统仿真分析,并讨论不同位置和电池储能类型的影响,相关结果表明,所提优化架构有效地兼顾了新能源消纳、电网电压质量以及储能经济性等多目标要求。
Aiming at the multiple service target demands of new energy consumption,power grid service and user power supply guarantee,reasonable planning of battery energy storage system has become the key to promote its in⁃depth application.In this paper,a two⁃level planning structure in combination with a scoring system is proposed to solve the problem of optimal configuration of battery energy storage systems under multi⁃objective optimization.First,a multi⁃objective,complex constraint mixed integer optimization model for energy storage batteries,including the op⁃erating characteristics of generators,new energy sources and power grids,is set up.Then,based on the planning⁃run⁃ning two⁃layer model,the function values of each objective are optimized and calculated.By introducing a scoring sys⁃tem to form a comprehensive score of multi⁃objective indicators,the iterative optimization to complete the battery en⁃ergy storage planning is promoted.Finally,the simulation analysis of the IEEE33 node system containing a high pro⁃portion of new energy is added,and the impact of different locations and battery energy storage types is discussed.Relevant results show that the proposed optimization architecture effectively takes into account the multi⁃objective re⁃quirements of new energy consumption,grid voltage quality as well as energy storage economy.
