摘要 中国能源结构的变革促成了电力系统的转变,储能加入新型电力系统,有助于维持系统的安全、稳定。因此,多能互补和“源网荷储一体化”是新型电力系统的发展趋势。文章首先从“十四五”期间国家及地方出台的储能产业相关政策出发,着重梳理了新能源配储、电价机制完善以及电力市场改革三方面的政策,研究在政策指导下,储能将自身功能效益与经济效益变现的方法。其次,将储能应用场景与储能现有技术类型相结合,明确不同类型的储能技术在不同应用场景中的价值定位。最后,基于当前采用“自投资+自运营”储能商业模式时投资方难以找准收益点的现象,对该商业模式进行分析,为后期储能产业的大规模商业化提供参考价值。 The change of China’s energy structure has contributed to the transformation of new power system.The ad⁃dition of energy storage to the new power system helps to maintain the security and stability of the system.Therefore,multi⁃energy complementation and“integration of source⁃network⁃load⁃storage”are the development trends of new power system.Starting from the policies of energy storage industry issued by the state and local governments during the“14th Five⁃Year Plan”period,this paper combes the policies of new energy equipped with energy storage,the im⁃provements of the power mechanism and power market reform and studies the methods of realizing the functional and economic benefits of energy storage under the guidance of the policies.Secondly,the application scenarios of energy storage are combined with the existing types of energy storage technologies,clarifying the value proposition of differ⁃ent types of energy storage technologies in different application scenarios.Finally,based on the current phenomenon that it is difficult to find the right point of return when adopting the“self⁃investment+self⁃operation”business model for energy storage sites,the business model is analyzed to provide reference value for the large⁃scale commercializa⁃tion of the energy storage industry in the future.
