摘要
储能系统具有四象限下的灵活调节能力,而且响应速度快,不受地理资源等外部条件的限制。将其应用于电网侧时,可以充分发挥其灵活的四象限出力调节能力,实现配电网的削峰填谷、调压等功能。文中提出了分布式储能优化配置和选址的多目标模型,并以功效系数法将多个目标转化为单目标,然后基于多场景技术建立了总功效系数的期望值模型,期望值模型将配电网中负荷、光伏的随机性考虑在内,所得到的优化结果更加合理。
The energy storage system has flexible adjustment ability in four quadrants,with fast response speed,and it is not limited by external conditions such as geographical resources.When applied to the power grid side,it can fully utilize its flexible four⁃quadrant output regulation ability to realize peak shaving,valley filling and voltage reg⁃ulation function in the distribution network.In this paper,a multi⁃objective model for the optimal configuration and site selection of distributed energy storage is proposed.Multiple targets are converted into single targets by the power coefficient method.Then the expected value model of the total power coefficient is established based on multi⁃scenar⁃io technology.The expected value model takes into account the randomness of load and photovoltaic in the distribu⁃tion network,making the optimization results more reasonable.
