某126 kV GIS运行中产生振动异响的分析和解决方案

摘要 随着GIS在中国电网中的普遍应用,变电站现场出现了较多的GIS振动异响现象。振动异响现象往往由装配不良、局部放电等原因所引起。此外,还有一种振动异响会随着GIS不同的运行状态而时强时弱地变化。文中对出现这种振动异响的某126 kV GIS进行了壳体振动频率、加速度的现场测量,计算了母线壳体和母线导体的固有频率,对产生原因进行了分析,并提出了简便易行的解决方案。 With the widespread application of GIS in power grid in China,problems of abnormal vibration and noise of GIS have occurred in substation sites.The phenomenon of abnormal vibration and noise is often caused by such reasons as weak assembly and partial discharge etc.In addition,there is also a kind of abnormal vibration and noise that varies from strong to weak depending on the different operation status of GIS.In this paper,the on⁃site measure⁃ments of vibration frequency and acceleration of enclosure of certain 126 kV GIS that experienced this abnormal noise vibration is analyzed.The natural frequencies of the bus enclosure and bus conductors are calculated,and the causes are analyzed.A few simple and feasible solutions are proposed.
