高纯铁制备的研究现状及展望

Research status and prospect of highpurity iron preparation

摘要 高纯铁作为一种高新产业发展所需的特殊材料,比传统纯铁及铁基材料具有更优异的耐腐蚀性能、磁学和电学性能,在航空航天、能源及新型半导体等诸多工业领域都具有广阔的应用前景,受到人们的广泛关注。简要介绍了几种典型的高纯铁制备方法,如区域熔炼、电磁悬浮熔炼、电解精炼等,重点总结了近年来高纯铁电解制备的研究现状,并详细分析了电解过程对纯铁质量的影响,最后对电解制备高纯铁的未来发展趋势进行了展望,为中国非晶材料、钢铁材料的发展提供参考。 As a special material needed for the development of high and new industries,high purity iron has better corrosion resistance,magnetic and electrical properties than traditional pure iron and iron-based materials.It has broad application prospects in many industrial fields,such as aerospace,energy and new semiconductor industries.Several typical preparing technologies of high purity iron are introduced,such as zone melting,electromagnetic levitation melting,electrolytic refining,etc.The research focus on the status for electrolysis preparation of high purity iron in recent years,and the influence of electrolysis process on the quality of pure iron is analyzed in detail.Finally,the development trend of electrolytic preparation of high purity iron is prospected,which provides reference for the development of amorphous materials and iron and steel materials in China.
