百年未有之大变局下国际经济秩序的动向研判与应对

Trends and Suggestions of Changes in The International Economic Order under Changes Unseen in a Century

在百年未有之大变局下,国际经济秩序受逆全球化冲击,导致贸易自由化进程减缓、全球多边经贸制度受到破坏、全球治理显现逆全球化梗阻。然而,国际经济秩序的发展现状却呈现出全球市场经济从物理疆界延展至网络空间,全球治理从单边主导转向多极共治的发展趋势。可见,全球一体化仍是今后国际经济秩序发展的主流。对此,在百年未有之大变局下,我国不仅要在国内层面立足自由贸易试验区来推进贸易自由化来缓释逆全球化冲击,同时也要在国际层面共建新型国际关系来顺应百年变局下国际经济秩序的变化,从而力促在变局中破浪前行。

Under the unprecedented changes in a century,the international economic order is facing the impact of anti-globalization,which is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:first,the degree of global trade liberalization has declined;second,the global multilateral economic and trade system has been destroyed;third,global governance has been blocked by anti-globalization.However,looking at the development status of the international economic order,it shows that the development of global market economy has opened up a new network space,and the global governance changes from unilateral dominance to multipolar co-governance.In this regard,at the domestic level,we must base ourselves on the free trade experimental zone to promote trade liberalization and slow down the impact of counter-globalization.At the same time,at the international level,we must build a new type of international relations to conform to the trend of"integration"in the development of international economic order under the century old changes,so as to urge our country to break through the waves in the unprecedented changes in a century.
