水务数字化转型是一项系统性、长期性、艰巨性的工作,常面临着转型方向不明、转型路径不清,价值难以实现等诸多挑战,因此,开展数字化顶层设计是水务数字化转型的关键。本文从价值视角探讨了水务数字化转型的顶层设计与价值实现策略,并介绍了深圳环水集团数字化转型实践,为水务企业的数字化转型工作提供参考和借鉴。

The digital transformation of water affairs is a systematic,long-term,and arduous task,often facing numerous challenges such as unclear transformation direction,undefined transformation path,and difficulties in realizing value.Therefore,top-level digital design is crucial for the digital transformation of water affairs.This paper explores the top-level design and value realization strategies of the digital transformation of water affairs from the view of value perspective.It also introduces a case study of the practical application in Shenzhen Water and Environment Group Co.,Ltd.,so as to provide references and insights for the digital transformation work of water enterprises.
