As smart water is the third stage of the development of digital water,the construction of smart water platform is becoming an important means for water companies to improve the level of automation and informatization.This paper introduces the framework content,technical route,system application and achievements of the dispatching platform of rural water supply smart water center in Qingdao West Coast New District,which could provide ideas for the construction of smart water platform for rural water supply in other areas.
