摘要
钢弹簧浮置板是城市轨道交通建设中采用的一种典型的道床下减振的轨道结构。浮置板轨道的减振性能与其固有频率息息相关。同时,作为浮置板关键弹性元件的隔振器在长期服役过程中不可避免受到损伤。通过有限元软件建立钢弹簧浮置板轨道模型应用模态分析方法,研究不同伤损情况下的钢弹簧隔振器对浮置板轨道的影响,可为浮置板的建设与设计提供一定程度的参考与借鉴。
Steel spring floating plate is a typical track structure used in urban rail transit construction to reduce vibration under the track bed.The vibration reduction performance of floating plate is closely related to its inherent frequency.At the same time,as a key elastic element of floating plates,vibration isolators are inevitably damaged during long-term service.The finite element software is used to establish a steel spring floating plate model and modal analysis methods are introduced to study the effect of steel spring vibration isolators on the floating plate under different damage conditions,which can provide certain reference for the construction and design of floating plate.
