光储联合发电系统调度优化控制策略 被引量:2

摘要 传统储能控制的调节速度较慢,难以满足高比例新能源接入电网后的精准控制,提出将调度周期内误差率引入储能系统优化控制策略,利用误差率在电流闭环控制前加入反馈误差环节,对储能电池的DC/DC双向控制器进行优化控制。以光储联合发电系统的有功出力与计划有功出力均方根误差最小为目标,模型中考虑了储能电池荷电状态和联合发电系统允许偏差的限制条件。给出了双向DC/DC变换器中BUCK/BOOST电路的传递函数,然后给出了光储联合发电系统并网运行时PQ控制策略,采用有功功率和无功功率解耦控制。基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台,建立了光储联合发电系统的仿真系统,通过仿真结果分析,验证了提出控制策略的有效性。 The adjustment speed of traditional energy storage control is relatively slow,making it difficult to meet the precise control after a high proportion of new energy is connected to the power grid.The error rate in the scheduling cycle is introduced into the optimal control strategy of the energy storage system,and the feedback error link is added before the current closed-loop control using the error rate to optimize the control of the DC/DC bidirectional controller of the energy storage battery.With the goal of minimizing the root-mean-square error between the active output and the planned active output of the photovoltaic(PV)-and-storage combined generation system,the mathematical model takes into account the limiting conditions of the state of charge of the energy storage battery and the allowable deviation of the combined power generation system.The transfer function of the BUCK/BOOST circuit in the bidirectional DC/DC converter is given.Then the PQ control strategy for the grid-connected operation of the PV-and-storage combined generation system is given,and the active power and reactive power decoupling control is adopted.Based on the MATLAB/simulink simulation platform,the simulation system of the PV-and-storage combined generation system is established.The effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper is verified by the analysis of the simulation results.
