高质量发展背景下应用型本科产教融合协同育人策略研究——以旅游管理类专业为例

Study on the Strategy of Integration of Industry and Education for Collaborative Education in Applied Undergraduate Programs in the Context of High-quality Development:Taking Tourism Management Majors as an Example

高质量发展是新时代我国应用型本科发展的核心主题,也是教育体系现代化的重要一环.产教融合是实现应用型本科高质量培养应用型人才的必要路径之一,需要在专业设置、课程内容、实训教学和教师队伍四个方面实现产教融合,专业共建机制、课程共定机制、共建实训基地、共育“双师型”教师,高质量推动应用型本科产教融合协同育人.

High-quality development,an important link in the modernization of education system,is a core theme of China’s development of applied undergraduate programs in the new era.The integration of industry and education is one of the necessary paths to realize the high-quality cultivation of applied talents in applied undergraduate programs,which requires the integration of industry and education in four aspects:professional setting,curriculum content,practical training teaching and teachers’team.Efforts need to be made in terms of joint construction mechanism of majors,joint setting mechanism of curriculum,joint construction of practical training bases and joint training of“double-qualified”teachers so as to promote high-quality integration of industry and education for collaborative education in applied undergraduate programs.
