摘要
目的:基于精准诊疗目标构建骨科手术设备管理模式,探讨其在骨科手术设备管理中的应用价值。方法:基于设备综合效率(OEE)理论和精准诊疗目标,构建骨科手术设备管理模式,从设备管理目标、设备效能评估和设备管理应对3个层面进行科学管理。选取医院临床在用的67台骨科手术设备,按照管理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用专项管理模式,观察组采用OEE动态管理模式。对比分析不同管理模式下骨科手术设备OEE和临床诊疗服务认可度。结果:观察组设备时间利用率、质量稳定率、诊疗有效率和OEE评估值分别为(94.67±2.72)%、(94.73±2.45)%、(93.91±1.84)%和(84.30±5.30)%,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=9.031,t=4.872,t=6.918,t=9.603;P<0.05);骨科手术室医生、护士及患者对观察组设备使用及治疗效果的满意度评分分别为(92.63±2.42)分、(93.40±2.56)分和(90.15±3.45)分,均好于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.774,t=5.999,t=4.347;P<0.05)。结论:基于OEE理论和精准诊疗目标的骨科手术设备管理模式能够提高骨科手术设备的时间利用率,降低设备故障率,改善手术治疗效果,优化临床服务水平。
Objective:To construct a management mode of orthopedic surgical equipment based on precision diagnosis and treatment goals,and to explore its application value in the management of orthopedic surgical equipment.Methods:Based on the overall equipment effectiveness(OEE)theory and the precision diagnosis and treatment goals,the management mode of orthopedic surgery equipment was constructed from three aspects of equipment management objectives,equipment effectiveness evaluation and equipment management response.67 orthopedic surgical equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods.The control group adopted special management mode and the observation group adopted OEE dynamic management mode.The effectiveness of orthopedic surgical equipment and the recognition of clinical diagnosis and treatment services under different management modes were analyzed.Results:The equipment time utilization rate,quality stability rate,diagnosis and treatment efficiency and OEE evaluation value of the observation group were(94.67±2.72)%,(94.73±2.45)%,(93.91±1.84)%and(84.30±5.30)%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=9.031,t=4.872,t=6.918,t=9.603,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of orthopedic operating room doctors,nurses and patients on the use of equipment and treatment effects in the observation group was(92.63±2.42)points,(93.40±2.56)points and(90.15±3.45)points,respectively,which were better than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=3.774,t=5.999,t=4.347,P<0.05).Conclusion:The orthopedic surgery equipment management mode based on OEE theory and precise diagnosis and treatment goals can improve the time utilization rate of orthopedic surgical equipment,reduce the failure rate of equipment,improve the effect of surgical treatment,and optimize the level of clinical service.
