基于冗余技术的备机中心对保障急救与生命支持类设备的实施效果研究

摘要 目的:设计开发基于冗余技术的备机中心管理系统,解决医院急救与生命支持类设备应急调配难点。方法:建立无人值守的备机中心,设计开发备机中心管理系统,设置信息查询模块,设备录入、租赁与归还模块,设备维保、清洁消毒、预防性维护(PM)与质量控制信息模块,工程师咨询与反馈模块,实现设备信息查询、设备信息录入、租赁与归还、设备维保、清洁消毒、PM信息录入以及咨询与反馈等功能,开展急救设备调配使用管理。结果:智能化和自助化的备机中心实现了设备借用和归还全过程的信息化管理。试运行期间医院备机中心设备的PM与质量控制覆盖率均达到100%,每月及时率均>95%;被租赁设备占全部备机设备比例>70%;监护仪、除颤仪和呼吸机同类设备计划采购数量均减少>50%。结论:基于冗余技术的备机中心能够有效保障临床科室对急救与生命支持类设备的需求,一定程度上降低设备处工程师工作量,有效减少急救与生命支持类设备采购数量,提高医院精细化管理水平。 Objective:To design and develop a backup center management system based on redundancy technology to solve the difficulties in emergency deployment of hospital first-aid and life-support equipment.Methods:An unattended backup equipment center was established.The backup equipment center management system was designed and developed and equipped with information inquiry module,equipment inputting,leasing and return module,information module of equipment maintenance,cleaning and disinfection,preventive maintenance(PM)and quality control,and engineer consultation and feedback module to realize the functions of equipment information inquiry,equipment information input,lease and return,equipment maintenance,cleaning and disinfection,PM information input,consultation and feedback,etc.and carry out the deployment and use management of first-aid equipment.Results:The intelligent and self-service backup equipment center realized the information management of the whole process of equipment borrowing and returning.During the trial run,the PM and quality control coverage rate of the equipment in the hospital backup center reached 100%,and the monthly timeliness rate was>95%;the leased equipment accounted for>70%of all backup equipment;the planned purchases of similar equipment such as monitors,defibrillators and ventilators were reduced by>50%.Conclusion:The backup equipment center based on redundancy technology can effectively meet the needs of clinical departments for first-aid and life support equipment,and reduce the workload of equipment engineers to a certain extent,effectively reduce the quantity of first aid and life support equipment procurement,improve the level of hospital fine management.
