慢性伤口创面湿度检测仪的设计与应用评价

摘要 慢性伤口患者需要经常到医疗机构更换伤口敷料并给予其治疗指导,控制伤口的水分程度是现代外科伤口愈合理论中重要的组成部分,探讨为临床伤口治疗医师提供一种客观量化的伤口指标检测方法,设计一款基于嵌入式系统创面伤口湿度检测设备,采用Wagner分级法,持续24 h监测伤口湿度状态,基于数据统计图应用伤口床TIME理论标准,实现临床更换敷料的预警提示。使用慢性伤口创面湿度检测仪对6例溃疡创面糖尿病足患者换药后的创面进行24 h持续监测伤口湿度,其中5例获得持续稳定的统计曲线。该检测仪在无需打开敷料的情况下持续监测并提示临床伤口渗液增多,适用于伤口床TIME理论中的在临床需要保持伤口适宜的湿润环境,使用慢性伤口创面湿度检测仪持续监测具有临床意义。 Patients with chronic wounds need frequent visits to medical institutions for dressing changes and instructions.Controlling the degree of moisture in wounds is an important component of modern surgical wound healing theory.In order to provide an objective and quantitative method for detecting wound index for clinical wound therapist,a wound moisture detection device based on embedded system was designed.The Wagner grading method was used to continuously monitor the moisture state of the wound,the early warning and prompt for clinical replacement of dressings were realized by applying TIME theoretical standards of the wound bed based on data statistical charts.The wound moisture of 6 diabetic foot ulcers was monitored continuously for 24 hours by chronic wound moisture detector after wound dressing was changed.Among them,5 of the 6 diabetic foot ulcers had steady statistical curves.The detector continuously monitors and prompts the increase of clinical wound exudate without opening the dressing.It is suitable for the clinical need to maintain a suitable moist environment for the wound in the wound bed TIME theory.Continuous monitoring with chronic wound moisture detector has clinical significance.
