一种手术间低值医用耗材组合收纳装置的研制与应用

设计一种用于手术间低值医用耗材组合收纳装置,探讨其在手术间耗材管理中的应用效果,该收纳装置由四个相同区域组成,每个区域均设有5个小抽屉,3个大收纳盒和2个大抽屉。小抽屉可收纳缝线和刀片等小型耗材,大收纳盒可存放手套、纱布、纱垫等规格较大耗材,大抽屉收纳异型常用耗材。将采用传统的下层壁柜存放耗材方法纳入对照组,将应用组合收纳装置耗材存放于上层壁柜的方法纳入观察组,比较手术室护士对两组耗材使用满意度及方式。手术室护士对观察组低值医用耗材使用组合收纳装置的接受度、便捷性、安全性、节力性、推广度均优于对照组,观察组的总体满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=48.106,P<0.01)。观察组手术室护士站立取物频次增加,下蹲及弯腰频次明显减少,节力性差异具有统计学意义(t=26.421,P<0.01)。手术间低值医用耗材组合收纳装置具有分类清晰、定量存储、先进先出、兼容性强的功能,耗材使用方便节力,提高护士工作效率。

To design and manufacture a combined storage device for low-value medical consumables in the operating room,and to discuss its application effect in the management of operating room consumables.The storage device was composed of four identical areas,each of which was provided with 5 small drawers,3 large storage boxes and 2 large drawers.The small drawer can store sutures,blades and other small consumables,the large storage box can store gloves,gauze,gauze pads and other large consumables;the large drawer can store special-shaped common consumables.The control group used the traditional lower wall cabinet to store the consumables,the observation group used the combined storage device to store consumables in the upper wall cabinet.The satisfaction and methods of the use of operating room nurses on the two groups of consumables were compared.The operating room nurses'acceptance,convenience,safety,labor-saving and promotion of the combination storage device for low-value medical consumables in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=48.106,P<0.01).In the observation group,the frequency of standing extraction increased,while the frequency of squatting and bending decreased significantly of the nurses,the difference in labor-saving was statistically significant(t=26.421,P<0.01).The combined storage device for low-value medical consumables in the operating room has the functions of clear classification,quantitative storage,first-in first-out,and strong compatibility,which is convenient to use and labor-saving so as to improve the work efficiency of nurses.
