摘要
2023年3月,美国白宫发布新版《国家网络安全战略》,再次彰显了美国将网络空间的安全放在重要地位。选取具有“美国科技创新代表”“网络安全风向标”之称的美国国防部高级研究计划局,对其2022财年网络安全领域主要项目的经费投入、研制进展等情况进行梳理、分析,旨在从这一角度洞察美军在网络安全领域的技术部署情况和军事能力。
In March 2023,the White House released a new version of the National Cybersecurity Strategy,once again highlighting that the United States attaches great importance to the security of cyberspace.This paper selects the U.S.Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency,which is known as the representative of U.S.science and technology innovation and the bellwether of cyber security,to review and analyze the funding input and development progress of its major projects in the field of cyber security in FY2022,hoping to gain an insight into the technical deployment and military capabilities of the U.S.military in the field of cyber security from this perspective.
