In 2022,the Russia-Ukraine conflict has greatly stimulated the arms race of great powers,and cyberspace has become a battlefield of truly global and worldwide confrontation.The U.S.,EU,NATO and other countries and organizations frequently carry out cyber exercises to deeply rehearse the use of forces in cyber offensive and defensive operations,to comprehensively test and improve the overall capabilities of Western countries and organizations such as the U.S.,Europe,etc.to deal with cyber security threats,and also provide relevant support and reference for the technical and tactical development of future cyber operations.
